New Managed-Recoil Centerfire Ammunition delivers the trusted Remington® field proven hunting performance out to 200 yards with half the recoil. How? Through a specialized new bullet that was developed specifically to perform at these cartridge’s velocity levels. These bullets are optimized to provide 2x expansion with over 75% weight retention on shots inside of 50 yards and out to 200 yards. The end result is a high performance bullet optimized to provide the on-game results you've come to expect from Remington Ammunition with just half the felt recoil.

Whether it's whitetails with a 270 Win, or Cape Buffalo with a 416 Remington Magnum, you want your first shot to do the job. That's why we load the dual-core A-Frame™ bullets, so that you can expect reliable expansion at long-range decreased velocities, but without over-expansion at short-range high velocities. The combination of A-Frame construction and proprietary bonding process produces extremely uniform, controlled expansion to 2x caliber with nearly 100% weight retention.

Stinger is the ultimate varmint load for rim fire 22 Long Rifles. We use an extended, nickel – plated cartridge case to hold more propellant, yet Stinger remains within standard 22 Long Rifle pressures. With a special hollow point bullet traveling 30 percent faster than regular long rifle hollow points, Stinger gives you the accuracy, flat trajectory, and explosive terminal effects that varmint hunting demands. 22 Short CB cartridges are useful and fun, but their small size can make them hard to load in some firearms. CCI’s CB Long is easier to handle in tight corners. The extra length we give you also means that some 22 Long Rifle box magazines that won’t feed Shorts will now feed Longs. CB Long has the same bullet and ballistics as our CB Short. CB Long takes extra care in loading, but we are happy to give it our technical attention so you can have more shooting enjoyment.

We’ve reinvented, redefined slug technology and that means you can upgrade without changing barrels. For 2010, we add a new 12-gauge TruBall Deep Penetrator slug. This is much harder (higher antimony) lead than the traditional TruBall and features a more distinct shoulder for extra toughness. They are designed for an impressive 18-20 inches of penetration.
